With an open access rate of 69% in 2023, our institution is 7 points below the national level (this rate is been declining year on year since 2020).
NB: For PhD theses, the open access rate is given for year N-2 (in this case, the year of defense 2023) due to the one-year embargo imposed on certain theses, which (temporarily) reduces the open access rate for the N-1 year (where N is the observation year).
