The Karlsruhe Institute of Technology offers an in-person workshop for doctoral students from Eucor universities, providing guidance on managing research data from project planning to archiving and reuse.

The workshop includes specific introductions to the research infrastructures "Kadi4Mat Platform," "Chemotion Electronic Lab Notebook," and "Karlsruhe Nano-Micro Facility," with hands-on training on their use.


•  Introduction to Research Data Management application Kadi4Mat:

  1. Getting to Know the Kadi4Mat Platform
  2. Hands-on Practice
  3. Data Publication and Sharing

•  Introduction on Chemotion Electronic Lab Notebook for Chemistry

  1. The Chemotion system allows the transfer of data into a repository for research data including the generation of DOIs as persistent identifier.

•  Introduction on Karlsruhe Nano-Micro Facility and its methods

  1. Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)
  2. Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)
  3. Direct Laser Writing (DLW)
  4. 3D Printing (3DP)
